We had watched Good Eats reviews on several restaurants and planned to eat our way to and in Galveston and Corpus Christi. After several failures, we decided to forget the reviews and take our chances.
We found Galveston quiet but interesting. Some of the places we discussed exploring, were either closed or only open specific days and times. This was OK, since we had no planned schedule.
