Working from home restricts the amount of running around during the day. My home office is the dining room so my running around for exercise goes from dining room to kitchen and back – not a lot of movement and definitely not the best destination – FOOD! Virtual meetings can get monotonous so using my stepper helps to get my 10,000 steps in!
