This was an interesting adventure. Our condo is not very well insulated and on the coldest days the condo never got warmer than 66 degree. Not complaining, just fact. Lot of people in Texas were without power and water. Our neighbor had no heat and never said a word til the hot water pipe from the condo above her burst spraying into her kitchen. We’ve had 1 inch of snow that lastest maybe 1-2 days before but this was 3 inches and lasted 4-5 days!
